# Domain and Email Hosting

PackWeb registers and manages domain names and business email accounts as part of our hosting service.

## Your Domain Name

Your domain is the address of your website. It's what people type into their browser to find you. Having a custom domain (`yourbusiness.com.au` rather than `yourbusiness.wixsite.com/yourbusiness`) makes you look like a real business and makes you easier to find on Google.

We'll register the domain in your name, manage the renewals, and handle the DNS plumbing for you.

## Your Business Email

Personalised email (`hello@yourbusiness.com.au` rather than `yourbusinessAU@hotmail.com`) is one of the cheapest credibility upgrades a small business can make. We provide:

- A single business email address, or  
- Up to ten personalised email addresses for different roles or staff, or  
- Larger sets on request.

You access your email through the same apps you already use: Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail (as an external account), or any phone email app.

## Bundled with Hosting

Domain registration and email hosting are bundled into our [website hosting](/content/services/website-hosting/index.html) fee. You get one annual invoice for the whole package: domain, email, hosting, security, backups, support.
